The full text of the statement of the office of the Grand Ayatollah Sistani is as follows:
In the name of the Almighty
Tuesday 12/3/2024 is the first day of the blessed Month of Ramadhan for the year 1445 AH in Iraq, the United Kingdom, the Scandinavian countries, all of Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and most of Australia.
We ask God Almighty to make it a month of goodness and blessings for all. God is the Hearer and Answerer. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
