SHAFAQNA – The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) was asked about the non-Divine rule. The Prophet (PBUH) replied: For non-Divine rule, the start of it, is to take the blame, in the second phase, regret, and the third phase, is the torment of the Day of Judgment; unless it behaves justly (unless the rule is based on justice; meaning the rule that is based on justice does not have the above mentioned effects) [1].
