Question: It is a while that the news from your office has been published in cyber space that ladies are allowed to cycle by observing religious considerations. If it is possible, please explain about this declaration and the correctness of it. Is it allowed for ladies to cycle in the streets?
The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: Ladies cycling in public and also in the place where non-Maharams can see, is Haram.
