Shafaqna English- A huge fire has destroyed hundreds of shanties in Manila’s slum area leaving thousands of impoverished residents homeless according to the Manila fire department.
The blaze took eight hours to put out. Firefighters are investigating the cause, which is often found to be faulty electrical wiring.
