SHAFAQNA – This November Veritas Ltd, an affiliate of Veritas-Consulting has launched a new fundraiser campaign for Yemen to spearhead reconstruction and humanitarian development research.
In collaboration with the Mona Relief Organization, Khalsa Aid and Al Khair, Veritas Ltd will direct donations across several aid programs to maximise distribution and help foster cooperation and support across Yemen by linking charitable organizations into a powerful network.
The idea is to promote development, social empowerment, education and awareness to the plight of the Yemeni people. Veritas Ltd will also act an advocate for Yemen’s human rights and represent its partners’ interests across media.
“Our goals are many — raise awareness to Yemen’s plight, denounce war crimes, promote peace and social cohesion, help towards education, defend human rights, speak on behalf of those who have been silenced … Our task is enormous but we shall not waver in our duty.
Yemen is precious! Yemen remains the beating heart of Arabia, the very land which for thousands of years has spoken a light onto the region. With Yemen’s disappearance it is a part of all our History we are abandoning to the evil of Wahhabism.”
Veritas Ltd has already been instrumental in helping distributing over 5 million meals through the Mona Relief Organization.
