Shafaqna English— Al-Ward residential city project in Baghdad is designed according to civilized standards that satisfy the demands of contemporary living by implementing energy sustainability, environmental planning, and contemporary insulating systems, according to the Iraqi Minister of Construction-Housing Bangen Rekani.
According to Rekani, the project will include housing units, services, and employment possibilities, as well as vast green spaces and recreational areas.
In 2024, Rekani and Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris, chairman and CEO of ORA Developers, signed the contract for the new city project.
