Shafaqna English– Malaysia will host the 3rd edition of the World Islamic Tourism & Trade Expo (WITEX 2025) alongside the inaugural World Cultural & Arts Festival (WCAF 2025).
Previously known as the Asia Islamic Tourism & Trade Expo (AITEX), this globally rebranded event underscores the remarkable growth of the Islamic tourism sector and international trade under a more expansive global identity.
WITEX 2025 is set to feature over 150 exhibition booths, drawing participation from a broad spectrum of countries, including both Islamic and non-Islamic nations, ASEAN members, BRICS countries, and key players within the global tourism industry.
The theme for WITEX 2025 and WCAF 2025 is “Empowering the Future of Islamic Tourism and Trade through Culture and Innovation.” The dual events are designed to unite government representatives, industry leaders, investors, and the general public, fostering opportunities for investment, trade collaborations, and cross-cultural dialogue.
