Shafaqna English- The birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated with religious fervor and gaiety in Kashmir valley on Wednesday (14 Nov 2025). The biggest function was held at the Gurudwara Chatti Patshahi Srinagar where a large number of members of the Sikh community gathered for the occasion.
Guru Nanak Jayanti, also known as Gurpurab is a Sikh festival celebrating the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the Founder of Sikhism.
