The Holy Quran describes this world as a place of play and amusement. Yet, at the same time, it is the only world we know, and it is inevitably the place where we must live, thrive, change and prepare for the permanent abode.
Thus, it represents a test for the believer in its duality, and by virtue of it being a place of accumulation, pleasure and activation of our senses, it has the potential to deceive us. In this session, learn how we might become deceived by the various aspects of this world, and how that can impact our faith and adherence to religion. More importantly, find out how this can happen without us even being aware of it.
