Malaysia’s plans in energy sector

Shafaqna English– Malaysia seeks to take the lead in creating a secure, cost-effective, and low-carbon energy framework in Southeast Asia by integrating consistent policies with viable projects, advanced infrastructure, and a skilled workforce.

According to Hamzah Hussin CEO of the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia, the energy transition is now viewed as an endeavor to harmonize growth and sustainability rather than as a trade-off between the two, aiming for collective advancement.
