Shafaqna English- Qatari Emir Al-Thani met with Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame to discuss bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation across various fields.
According to Middle East News, a statement from Qatar’s Amiri Diwan said the two leaders also reviewed a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
