New program boosts pilgrims’ Hajj experience

Shafaqna English- The Institute of Research, Studies, and Consulting Services at Umm-al-Qura University in collaboration with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched two new training tracks under the Rafid-al-Haramain program.

The Pilgrim Training Track aims to equip pilgrims with knowledge and prepare them for the practical aspects of the Hajj journey, helping them perform Hajj confidently; the Saudi Press Agency reported on Saturday (29 Nov 2025).

It focuses on three areas experiencing Hajj, understanding acts and familiarization with systems and services offers 24 modules in 15 languages.

The Language Track meanwhile provides programs in more than 35 languages for those serving guests at the Two Holy Mosques, addressing diverse cultural needs.
