UAE: Investment platform obtained FSRA’s license

Shafaqna English- Tabadulat has secured full licensing from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in Abu Dhabi to launch the UAE’s first free Halal trading platform, opening regulated global Halal investment services to Muslim investors according to Gulf News.

Tabadulat Limited, a UAE-based Shariah-compliant investing platform, has been granted a full Category 3A Financial Services Permission by the FSRA of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), enabling it to operate as the country’s first fully regulated halal brokerage platform.

The move follows an earlier in-principle approval and comes after an additional $1 million in funding, bringing Tabadulat’s total committed capital to about $3.3 million. The licence provides the regulatory backing for Tabadulat to offer global Halal investment access under strict oversight, addressing longstanding gaps in compliant tools for Muslim investors.
