Shafaqna English- Pope Leo calls for prayers for victims of war and violence, especially the victims of Sunday’s (14 Dec 2025) terror attack.
Speaking with the groups that donated this year’s Vatican Christmas Tree and Nativity Scene, he invited the faithful to “ask the Lord to renew within us the gift of peace and fraternity”.
Concluding his greetings, he invited everyone “to allow the love of God, like the branches of an evergreen tree to remain vibrant within us.”
