Shafaqna English– South Korean LG Energy Solution announced on Friday (26 Dec 2025) that it has terminated 3.9 trillion ($2.7 billion) contract with Freudenberg Battery Power Systems in a regulatory filing. According to LG both sides agreed to terminate the deal following Freudenberg’s decision to exit the battery sector.
