Shafaqna English– On Wednesday(7 Jan 2026), severe snow and ice across Europe left more than 1,000 travelers stuck overnight at Amsterdam’s international airport, as hundreds of flights were grounded and major highways and railways clogged.
A skier was seen sliding along the snowy banks of the Seine in Paris, as heavy snowfall covered the areas around the Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum, leading to widespread traffic problems in France.
