Rising Islamophobia left young Muslim Australians feeling fearful & alienated

Shafaqna English- Ali Kadri, the CEO of the Islamic College of Brisbane, states that racist rhetoric in Australia makes young Muslim individuals feel as though, regardless of how well they behave, they are never accepted or welcomed.

Recent troubling incidents and an increase in anti-Muslim rhetoric, including comments from One Nation’s Pauline Hanson, have heightened concerns within the Islamic community.
