UNICEF: Over 200 schools in Afghanistan built or renovated in 2025

Shafaqna English- The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) reported that by 2025, over 200 schools were constructed or rehabilitated in Afghanistan.

In a message shared on X on Tuesday, April 21, UNICEF highlighted that safe learning spaces in Afghanistan have taken various forms. In its annual report, UNICEF stated that more than 20 million people, including 5.6 million children, received support in Afghanistan in 2025.
