Shafaqna English-Residents of Herat voiced concern over the Taliban’s neglect of the historical and archaeological sites in the province.
They said that many of the historical sites are in poor condition, and parts of them have been damaged due to various factors.
These residents warn that the minarets of Herat are in danger and that if timely attention is not given, they may suffer irreversible damage.
