France: Uber Eats and Deliveroo accused of human trafficking

Shafaqna English- Food delivery worker support associations has filed a criminal complaint for “human trafficking” against food delivery platforms Deliveroo and Uber platforms.

The associations denounce “deplorable” working conditions without “any protection” and the “impunity of the platforms,” ​​for which the vast majority of workers are immigrants, in the face of “a non-existent legal framework for 10 years.”
