Bennett: Afghan Women Journalists are confronted with discrimination

Shafaqna English- On Sunday, May 3, marking World Press Freedom Day, Richard Bennett, the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan, said that women journalists in Afghanistan face discrimination.

The UN Special Rapporteur on Afghanistan’s human rights situation has once again emphasized the need to support journalists, especially women journalists, and to ensure their job security.
