UNICEF: 5.6 million Afghan children received health care in 2025

Shafaqna English- The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) announced that last year, 5.6 million children, including 1.4 million newborns, in Afghanistan benefited from health services.

UNICEF said in a report released on Monday, May 4, that more than 20 million people were provided with primary healthcare services last year.

According to the report, 60% of the beneficiaries were women.
