UNICEF: 2,400 Health centers Sustained across Afghanistan in 2025

Shafaqna English- Tajudeen Oyewale, the UNICEF representative in Afghanistan, announced that 2,400 health centers were operational throughout the country last year.

On Sunday, May 24, he expressed gratitude on X to the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for their support to the people of Afghanistan over the past year. He stated that, with the help of the World Bank and ADB, over 20 million individuals in Afghanistan received assistance last year.
