Shafaqna English- Millions of Africans still lack access to safe drinking water and sanitation services due to insufficient investment and weak resource management, United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said.
Guterres wrote on X on Sunday night, May 31, that gaps in funding and governance systems have left millions of Africans without access to safe water and sanitation.
The UN chief stressed that water is a fundamental human right and a source of life.
