Shafaqna English- More than 700 permits have been issued for setting up Moukebs in Karbala to serve Muharram mourners.
Moukebs are voluntary service stations that offer food, shelter, and medical aid to pilgrims and mourners free of charge.
The Husseini Rituals and Processions Department affiliated with the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Hussein (AS) holy shrine announced the issuance of 746 permits for setting up Moukebs for Ashura mourning ceremonies.
