UN chief: Only 36% of Sustainable Development Goals have made significant progress

Shafaqna English- UN Secretary-General António Guterres has stated that only 36% of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are currently on track or have made significant progress.

In a post on X on Monday, July 13, Guterres emphasized that the international community must intensify efforts to accelerate progress toward achieving the SDGs. He stressed that meeting these goals requires stronger leadership, increased financing, and greater solidarity among countries.
