Shafaqna English– Burgers are becoming very popular in China right now. People who want to save money and smaller families are making this simple sandwich a big part of the fast-food market. This trend has attracted many different businesses, including international restaurant chains, hotpot restaurants, and even coffee brands.
In July, Yum China announced that its Pizza Hut Burger Bar format has grown quickly. This format adds a burger counter next to an existing Pizza Hut restaurant. In just six months, it expanded to more than 200 locations. The company wants to have 500 to 600 of these outlets by the end of 2026, which would be about 10% of all Pizza Hut stores in China.
