Shafaqna English– For the second year in a row, the Premier League has broken its own record for summer transfer expenditures, with clubs in England’s highest division collectively spending approximately £3.46 billion—equivalent to $4.67 billion—during the current window. This marks a significant increase over previous seasons and underscores the immense financial firepower of English clubs.
The spending spree continued right up to the closing moments of the window on Tuesday, as a number of significant transfers were completed prior to the 11 p.m. cut‑off, pushing the total even higher.
