Afghanistan: UNICEF vaccinates children under five against polio

Shafaqna English- UNICEF teams, with support from donors, are on the ground to vaccinate children under five against polio in Afghanistan, the organization said on Monday, September 21, on its X account.

UNICEF said the teams will work to reach every child under five, even in the most remote areas of Afghanistan.

The campaign aims to protect children against polio, a disease that can be prevented through vaccination.
