Shafaqna English- A source close to the Iraqi government told Middle East News that the ban on Iranian flights entering Najaf International Airport will be lifted within the next 24 hours.
The source stressed that the decision follows efforts by the Iraqi government to have Najaf Airport exempted from U.S. Treasury Department sanctions, as well as reactions from Iraqi politicians and the public to the ban.
