Shafaqna English– The Nghi Son refinery crude supplies story is important for Vietnam’s energy sector. Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC, known as NSRP, is the largest oil refinery in Vietnam. Its General Manager, Le Nguyen Quoc Vinh, said the refinery has secured sufficient crude oil supplies.
These supplies will allow it to run at 125% of its designed capacity. Most of the crude comes from Kuwait, and the supply is enough through the end of November.
Vietnam relies on refineries to meet domestic fuel demand. A steady crude supply keeps the market stable. It also supports industry and transport. The Nghi Son refinery crude supplies deal helps avoid shortages. It also reduces the risk of price spikes at the pump.
