Shafaqna English- The European Union (EU) called for Afghanistan and Pakistan to de-escalate and engage in dialogue.
In a statement on Friday, October 2, the EU called on all parties to respect international law and international humanitarian law, and to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure.
The EU added that all parties must take all necessary measures to prevent harm to civilians.
