Shafaqna English- Masjid Al-Jumu’ah of Bolingbrook, Illinois, will open its doors to non-Muslims on Saturday for a free open house.
The open house will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. at 351 Veterans Parkway in Bolingbrook.
Free lunch will be provided, and the Muslim Association of Bolingbrook is inviting neighbors to come inside the mosque and ask questions.
“Guests can take a mosque tour, attend a simple Islam 101 presentation, join a live Q&A, experience hijab and henna activities, enjoy lunch, and speak informally with Muslim families,” a news release shares.
