What is the ruling about taking possession of properties belonging to other people? The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei’s answer

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei answered a question about taking possession of properties belonging to other people.

Question: Is there a problem when properties or belongings of other people however insignificant or of little value are taken possession of, or used, like crossing over building materials which are placed in the street or some others belongings reached/given to us?

The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: There is no problem if the properties/belongings are not spoilt and the use of others belongings however insignificant in value, if the owner is not opposed, are not allowed without the owner’s permission.
