SHAFAQNA – The Secretary General of Imam Ali Holy Shrine, Sayyed Nizar Hashim Habl al-Mateen presented his congratulations and to Imam Mahdi, Supreme Religious Authorities, military forces, Popular Mobilization Forces and the Iraqi people to the declaration of victory.
Sayyed Nizar said, “Despite the Iraqi people suffering from the great setback after the fall of the city of Mosul, which is the second largest city of Iraq, but thanks to the Fatwa of Supreme Religious Authority; Iraq was able to stand again and rearrange his forces and defeat the enemies.”
He added, “The Fatwa of the Supreme Religious Authority has the great merit of showing the true character of Islam. It is a religion of love and peace, so we find the fighters in the midst of the fighting protecting civilians and providing them with all sorts of assistance and saving them from the oppression of the terrorist and offering their lives cheaply to the safety of civilians in Mosul and other areas of fighting.”
Also, he added, “Thanks to Almighty Allah, this page has been folded and we ask Almighty Allah to help everyone to build our wounded country, to be more unified, and to have a deeper vision.”
