A delegation from Republic of Ghana visited Imam Ali shrine in Najaf

SHAFAQNA – A delegation from the republic of Ghana had the honor of visiting the holy shrine of Imam Ali (PBUH). Afterwards, they met with Fa’iq al-Shimmary the member of the administration committee of the holy shrine.

“We came here to re-pledge our allegiance to Imam Ali (PBUH). We are totally happy and we feel blessed being in this holy place feeling its spirituality,” Mahmood Ibraheem the man in charge of the delegation stated.

There are more than a million Muslims in Ghana. The delegation aimed at consolidating the methods of cooperation between the holy shrines and Muslims in Africa.
