SHAFAQNA – Anjumna Shari Shian Friday organized a massive protest demonstration against massacre of innocent people of Palestine by Israeli Forces in Central Kashmir’s Budgam.
Thousands of people participated in the protest demonstration that was led by Anjuman Shari Shian President Agha Syed Hassan Almosvi Alsafvi.
Agha strongly condemned Israel’s open aggression against Palestinian people which has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 64 Palestinians and wounding hundreds. He said that the act of killing innocent people is the worst form of state terrorism to which world cannot ignore. He expressed his heartfelt condolences to the people of Palestine in Gaza and stated that people of Kashmir stand with the people of Palestine at this hour of grief and sorrow.
“It was unfortunate that the world bodies who claim to be the champions of human rights have turned a blind eye towards fresh war crimes being committed by Israel. Muslim organizations too are maintaining silence over the brutal massacre of people of Palestine,” Agha said.
He said that the criminal silence adopted the world forums and the Muslim organizations over the genocide of Palestinian people has encouraged Israeli soldiers to kill more innocent Palestinian Muslims.
He also paid rich tribute to Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq and Abdul Gani Lone. He said Mirwaiz family is the epitome of Kashmir Freedom Struggle who sacrificed everything for sake of it. He said that the political career of Abdul Gani Lone shows how keen he was to have a Kashmir ruled by its own people.
