Al-‘Ameed University, affiliated to the Higher Education and Education Authority at the al-Abbas Holy Shrine, participated in the World Scientific Conference on Medical Education held in Basel, Switzerland, with the participation of a large number of international universities.
The aim of this participation is to know the latest news in the methods of teaching and education in the medical colleges, improving their outputs and the competencies of their graduates, adopting modern methods of assessment and testing, and exchanging international experiences and expertise to develop scientific standards in the field of medical education.
The head of the delegation, Assistant Head of the Education Authority, Dr. Jassem al-Ibrahimi stated to Al-Kafeel Network: “The participation in this international scientific forum is important as the University believes in the importance of such conferences in communication between specialists and being one of the means to learn from the experiences of others in the field of medical education.
