SHAFAQNA- In an interview with the IRNA, Iranian Ambassador to Turkey Mohammad Ebrahim Taherianfard said that the suicide attack on the Iran embassy in Ankara was only a threat, emphasizing that no special action was taken and the situation is under control.
Taherianfard stressed that the threat was committed by an individual who allegedly referred to ISIS and the Turkish police have stepped up security measures around the embassy following this threat.
He denied the evacuation of Embassy and bombing threat and other news in this regard.
On Monday, security measures were taken around the Iran’s Embassy after the Turkish media receiving intel about a suicide bombing plot.
