443,000 pilgrimes arrived in Iraq for Arbaeen pilgrimage

SHAFAQNA- Iraqi Crossing Border Ministry announced on Wednesday that the total number of foreign and Arab pilgrims entering Iraq to attend Arbaeen pilgrimage is 443,000 people, most of which are Iranian. 
Shia News agency added that the number of foreign and Arab pilgrims entering Iraq from its border crossings and airports was 443,000 by Tuesday.
According to the statement, the “Shalamcheh” passage in Basra province with the acceptance of 220 thousand pilgrims has the highest acceptance of pilgrims this year, and after that “Zurbatiyah” in Wasit province with 110 thousand pilgrims and “Sheib” in the province of Maysan with 100 thousand pilgrims is the third city for acceptance of foreign pilgrims.
