India owes Iran $8.8 billion of oil money

SHAFAQNA – According to Economic Times, Indian Trade Minister said that her country owes Iran $8.8 billion for buying oil. Currently, due to sanctions, Indian refineries pay 45% of the oil money to Iran and keep the rest.
