SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei answered questions about using other people’s internet.
Question: Is using the internet which has no password and is always on and it is possible that the individual is aware of the usage, considered as the right of people? If it is, what must be done?
The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: It is not allowed if you are not certain about owner’s consent, and you are liable for payment of what you have used.
