Six ISIS terrorists busted by Afghan security forces in Kabul

SHAFAQNA- IRNA: 6 members of ISIS Takfiri terrorists have been arrested in Kabul, Afghanistan National Directorate of Security announced.

These groups have claimed responsibility for the Thursday terrorist attack on Kabul.

Three consecutive explosions shook Karte Sakhi, Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, on Thursday morning.

Karte Sakhi is the place for commemorating Nowruz festival in Afghanistan.

The first explosion took place in Nowruz commutation place, the second one on a road leading to the same place from Kabul University, and, ten minutes later, the third one in Kabul University.

Among arrested terrorists were 2 suicide bombers who tended to attack Nowruz ceremonies.

Daesh terror attack on Kabul has claimed the lives of 6 and injured 23 others.

Deputy Interior Minister of Afghanistan Nosrat Rahimi earlier said that the explosions caused by bombs which were earlier laden in the area.

This is while, Afghanistan Defense Ministry announced that the blasts were the result of racket attacks.

Witnesses said that the accident happened due to mortar shell attack.
