SHAFAQNA- IRNA: Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for the Russian diplomacy apparatus said she plans to travel to Tehran to confer with Iran‘s foreign ministry officials.
In an interview with the Director General of Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Economic Conference, Maria Zakharova said, “We and the Iranians have a lot to say. And so I’m going to visit Tehran soon.”
Zakharova stated, “We have good communication with IRNA correspondents in Moscow, while (with laughter) Israeli journalists do not attend our press conferences.”
The twenty-third international economic conference of St. Petersburg began Thursday with representatives from more than 140 countries and Russian President Vladimir Putin met leading media directors of the world.
