SHAFAQNA – One of the prayers which is recommended to be recited every day in the holy month of Rajab says: The one who does not come to you, is deprived; the one who does not look towards you, is in loss; anyone who went to others, has become needy; anyone asked others for favours and help, became helpless; your doors of kindness are open to eager ones; your favours and benevolence are given to those who seek them; your favours and help are open to those who request them; your gifts are ready for hopeful ones; your sustenance is spread for sinners; your forbearance is aimed at any one who appeal to you; your method is to be kind to guilty ones; your manner is to be lenient to rebels. O’ God, guide me to the right path; give me the reward of worshippers; do not include me with those who are unaware and away from your mercy; forgive my sins on the Day of Judgement [1].
