SHAFAQNA ( Exclusive) – Supreme criminal Court of Appeal was held on (Wednesday) headed by Judge Issa al-Kaabi and Nawaf Al Khalfan as Secretariat. Court amended sentence of blind jailed Jafar Matouq (24 years old) from 10 years, to 7 years imprisonment for the cause of bomb-making and local riots. The lawyer Aljishi explained that «Matouq had been subjected to an accident that effect his eyes, then, as he stayed in the hospital for more than three months for treatment». Lawyer added that «Matouq then referred to the criminal trial, and the court ordered the first degree and then released due to his health condition, later he was convicted and sentenced to 10 years”.
Matouq is being guided in his movement in jail and facing difficulty in his health condition . Regime refused all Human rights appeals to release his and continue to jail him.
