Can a woman who does not cover her face, use light natural powder on her face? The Grand Ayatollah Sistani’s answer

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sistani answered a question about women who do not cover their faces but use light makeup and powder on their faces.

Question: Can a woman, who does not cover her face, plucks her eyebrows, and remove facial hair, and use light and natural powder on her face?

The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: Removing facial hair and thinning of eyebrows is no obstacle for leaving the face uncovered, on the condition that it is safe from committing sin, and also leaving the face uncovered is not for the sake of Non-Mahrams looking at her. But it is Wajib to cover face after using powder and makeup.
