The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei answered a question about autopsy of Muslim corpse.
Question: With non-Muslim corpses available for autopsy, is it allowed to use Muslim corpse for research and training; what is the ruling if a Muslim make a will that his body to be used for research and training?
The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: It is not allowed, and making a will cannot give authorization to non-religious act.
