cbc.ca/ Stormy weather headed for P.E.I., warnings lifted for N.B., N.S.

SHAFAQNA (International Shia News Association) More rough weather is on the way for P.E.I.

Weather alerts have been lifted for Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, but P.E.I. remains under a special weather statement.

The storm warning comes days after record rainfall flooded parts of the region.

The area on the border between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia was under an advisory as a low pressure system tracks northward, but the warning was later lifted by Environment Canada.

On P.E.I., those in Kings and Queens counties should prepare for an estimated rainfall of up to 30 millimetres. Environment Canada also says there’s a possibility of rain mixed with snow for some areas.
