SHAFAQNA – Ibn Riahi narrated: I saw a blind man who was present in Karbala on the day of martyrdom of Imam Hussain (AS). A person asked him about the cause of his blindness, and he replied: We were ten friends who went to karbala to kill Imam Hussain (AS), but I did not use any sword or arrow. When Imam Hussain (AS) was killed, I came back home and performed Isha Salaat, and then went to sleep. In my dream, a person came to me and said: The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) calls you, stand up and go! I said: What am I to do with the Prophet (PBUH)? That person grabbed my collar and took me to the Prophet (PBUH). I saw the Prophet (PBUH) sitting in a desert, his sleeves folded, with a weapon in his hand, and there was an angel standing in front of him with a weapon made of fire in hand. The angel killed nine of my friends; and when they were hit once each, all their bodies caught fire and they were burnt. I went near the Prophet (PBUH) and kneeled down and said: A-Salaam-o-Alayk, ya Rasool-allah. But he did not respond, and paused for a long time, and then raised his head and said: O’ the enemy of God; you violated my sanctity, and killed my progenies, and did not observe my right. I said: O’ the Prophet of Allah (PBUH); Swear to God, I did not use any sword or arrow for killing your progenies. The Prophet (PBUH) said: You are right, but you added to the number of the army responsible for killing Imam Hussain (AS); come near. I went closer and saw a vessel of blood in front of the prophet (PBUH), and then the Prophet (PBUH) rubbed some of the blood on my eyes. When I woke up, I have not been able to see anything since then .
